What’s most important to Rahul is that the tools and techniques explored during a training session are tangible and relevant, and that they are practical enough for delegates to use straight away; if the work is too theoretical, it rarely makes it back to the ‘real world’, and it’s unlikely to engage people or inspire change. With a working style of clarity, passion and humour, Rahul is determined to make every training session hit its mark with each individual in the room.
